To place an order, first complete our Enquiry Form on the Our Cakes page of our website. We will get in touch via email to confirm whether your preferred date is available, and to go over any details with you.
For Signature Cakes we will contact you via email to confirm the details of your order. We require payment in full at this point to confirm your order.
For Bespoke Cake orders, we will listen to your ideas and requirements, and design a cake to suit your occasion. Once we have settled on a design together, you will be required to pay a 50% deposit to secure your order date. The balance will be due two weeks before your scheduled collection/delivery date.
The further in advance you place your order, the better. We have a small kitchen, with limited oven space, so the number of orders we can schedule each week is limited. We recommend placing your order as far in advance as possible to avoid disappointment.
For signature cakes, we require at least a week’s notice. For Bespoke cakes, we need at least two weeks. Please note, more complex cakes may require more notice to allow time for designing the cake and ordering any specialist equipment or ingredients.
Prices for Signature Cakes are fixed; a 6” cake costs £35, while an 8” cake is £45. The price of Bespoke Cakes will vary depending on design and size. For a quote, please complete our enquiry form. Please see our price guide for the starting prices of our Bespoke Cakes.
We are happy to work with you to design a beautiful and unique cake. We have a house style, which you can see in our Gallery and on our Instagram and Facebook accounts. Our butter iced cakes are inspired by nature, with natural decorations such as fresh fruit, nuts, and edible flowers.
You are welcome to request a cake from our Gallery or social media, but we will not replicate cakes made by other bakers; you can send us pictures to give us an idea of what you’re after, but we will create a unique cake incorporating our style. We don’t make novelty cakes, and we don’t make fondant figures.
We offer delivery on cakes to order within a 30 mile radius of our kitchen in Cheltenham (GL50 4PB). There will be a mileage-based fee for delivery which will be quoted when you place your order. With the exception of wedding cakes, you can collect your cake from our kitchen free of charge, though we strongly recommend that any tiered cakes are delivered.
We hand deliver all wedding cakes within a 60 mile radius of our kitchen in Cheltenham (GL50 4PB). If your venue is beyond this radius please get in touch, and we will do what we can to arrange delivery. There will be an additional fee for delivery and set up, which we will outline when we give you your quote. Unfortunately wedding cakes cannot be collected.
You can request changes to your order up to two weeks before the delivery/collection date. We may not be able to make changes requested after this point. Changes may affect the price of your cake; if this is the case we will make the charges clear before confirming the updated order.
If you cancel your order more than four weeks before your scheduled collection/delivery date we will offer you a full refund.
In the event of a cancellation less than four weeks before your scheduled collection/delivery date, we will retain 50% of the deposit paid at the time of booking.
For cancellations less than two weeks before the scheduled collection/delivery date, we will retain the whole deposit. In the event of very late cancellations we reserve the right to withhold up to 100% of all monies paid.
We recommend arranging collection/delivery of your cake on the day it will be eaten to ensure it is as fresh as possible. If the cake is not being served straight away then it is best stored refrigerated to keep the icing cool and the cake looking its best. The cake should not be kept in direct sunlight.
We recommend serving the cake at room temperature, so remove from the fridge two hours before serving. If it’s a hot day, the cake is best removed from the fridge closer to the time of eating.
Any leftovers should be eaten within five days. Confirmation of this will be given with your order.
We only make vegan cakes. We believe that living a more ethical, compassionate, and environmentally-friendly lifestyle shouldn’t mean compromising on flavour and texture. With this in mind, we have honed our recipes, which have been tested on, and approved by, both vegans and non-vegans alike!
We are currently unable to make gluten-free cakes, but we are hoping to change this in the future. We are committed to creating high quality cakes, and so far our gluten-free recipe is not at a standard that we would be happy to sell.
We continue to develop our gluten-free recipes, and getting it right is high on our list of priorities.
