Open for Takeaway

Thursday: 10am to 4pm
Friday: 10am to 4pm

Unfortunately, because of the layout of the bakery, we’re not able to open for sit-in customers. We will have a selection of tasty treats to take away on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.

We don’t have a carpark but there is on-street parking nearby on London Road and Keynsham Street.

Cakes to order

Our range of Signature Cakes are available to order online. Visit our online shop to see the full range, select your preferred option, and order directly through the website. You will receive an automatic confirmation with the details of your order. Your order will be ready to collect on your chosen date.

For Bespoke Cake orders, we will listen to your ideas and requirements, and design a cake to suit your occasion. Once we have settled on a design together, you will be required to pay a 50% deposit to secure your order date. The balance will be due two weeks before your scheduled collection/delivery date.

We require at least two weeks’ notice. We open our diary for signature cakes two months ahead of time. The further in advance you place your order, the better. We have a small kitchen, with limited oven space, so the number of orders we can schedule each week is limited. We recommend placing your order as far in advance as possible to avoid disappointment.

We are happy to work with you to design a beautiful and unique cake. We have a house style, which you can see in our Gallery and on our Instagram and Facebook pages. Our buttercream cakes are inspired by nature, with natural decorations such as fresh fruit, nuts, and edible flowers. We don’t use any food colouring in our cakes.

You are welcome to request a cake from our Gallery or social media, but we will not replicate cakes made by other bakers; you can send us pictures to give us an idea of what you would like, but we will create a unique cake incorporating our style. We don’t make novelty cakes or fondant figures, and we don’t write on our cakes.

We’re a small team, and in order to deliver cakes we have to close our bakery. Because of this, orders are for collection by default with the exception of tiered cakes. If you would like to request delivery, please contact us. Please be aware, we cannot guarantee delivery and will only deliver within a 30-mile radius of our bakery at 88 London Road (GL52 6EH).

For Wedding Cakes we hand deliver within a 60 mile radius of our kitchen in Cheltenham (GL52 6EH). There will be an additional fee for delivery and set up, which we will outline when we give you your quote. In order to ensure your wedding cake reaches your venue safely, we do not allow customers to collect tiered wedding cakes.

You can choose your collection date when you place your order. We are open for collection of pre-ordered cake from Wednesday to Saturday.

Open for collection of pre-ordered cake

Wednesday: 10am to 4pm
Thursday: 10am to 4pm
Friday: 10am to 4pm
Saturday: 10am to 1pm

With the exception of wedding cakes, you can request changes to your order up to two weeks before the delivery/collection date. For wedding cakes, a month’s notice is required. We may not be able to make changes requested after this point. Changes may affect the price of your cake; if this is the case we will make the charges clear before confirming the updated order.

With the exception of wedding cakes, orders can be cancelled with no charge up to 21 days prior to collection. After this point we will retain 25% of all monies paid.

We have separate cancellation conditions for wedding cakes, which will be set out at the time of order.

About the cakes

We recommend arranging collection/delivery of your cake on the day it will be eaten to ensure it is as fresh as possible. If the cake is not being served straight away then it is best stored refrigerated to keep the icing cool and the cake looking its best. The cake should not be kept in direct sunlight.

We recommend serving the cake at room temperature, so remove from the fridge two hours before serving. If it’s a hot day, the cake is best removed from the fridge closer to the time of eating.

Any cakes decorated with fresh fruit or flowers should be collected on the day they will be served.

We only make vegan cakes. We believe that living a more ethical, compassionate, and environmentally-friendly lifestyle shouldn’t mean compromising on flavour and texture. With this in mind, we have honed our recipes, which have been tested on, and approved by, both vegans and non-vegans alike!

We have a small kitchen which handles all allergens, and do not have space for separate preparation areas or equipment for different dietary requirements. Although we are extremely careful to avoid cross contamination, we cannot guarantee there will be no traces of allergens. Because of this, we cannot cater for people with severe allergies, or coeliacs.

Details on allergens contained in your cake will be given when you order, and again on collection/delivery. If you have any questions, please get in touch.
