Webshop orders
You are unable to place a webshop order without confirming that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you have any queries please email hello@cotswoldveganbakery.co.uk.
Placing an Order
Place your order via our online ordering page. Payment will be taken when you order, and you will receive an automated order confirmation.
Cancellation of an Order
Should you need to cancel your order you can do so by emailing hello@cotswoldveganbakery.co.uk.
If you cancel your order more than up to 21 days prior to collection we will offer a full refund. We will retain 25% of monies paid for any orders which are cancelled within 20 days of the collection date.
In the event of very late cancellations or failure to collect we reserve the right to withhold up to 100% of all monies paid.
Terms of Payment
Payment will be taken in full at the time of order.
Collection/Delivery
Webshop orders are available for collection only. Collection will be from our bakery at 88 London Road, Cheltenham, GL52 6EH and our collection times will be set out at the time of order.
Please note, once you have taken receipt of the product we can no longer be held liable for any damage or change in the product.
Labelling and Allergens
Allergens are listed in our allergen guide. If you have any questions about the allergens in our products, please contact us on hello@cotswoldveganbakery.co.uk. You must inform us of any allergies. If we are not informed of allergies, Cotswold Vegan Bakery cannot be held responsible for any adverse reactions that may be caused as a result.
We cannot cater for people with severe or life-threatening allergies, as our cakes are made in a kitchen which handles all allergens.
What happens if Cotswold Vegan Bakery have to cancel an order?
In the unlikely event that we have to cancel an order we will offer you a full refund and suggest an alternative supplier.
Bespoke Cake order

Placing an Order
To place an order, first complete our Enquiry Form on the Our Cakes page of our website. We send you an Acknowledgement Email to confirm whether your preferred date is available, and to go over any details with you.
Once we have finalised and agreed the details of your order, we will send you an Order Confirmation Email, summarising the details of the order and including a price breakdown.
We require at least two weeks’ notice for bespoke orders. Please note, more complex cakes may require more notice to allow time for designing the cake and ordering any specialist equipment or ingredients.

Terms of Payment
For Bespoke cake orders, you will be required to pay a 50% deposit when we send the Order Confirmation Email in order to secure your order date. The balance will be due two weeks before your scheduled collection/delivery date.
Your order date will not be secure until we have received this payment, and we reserve the right to offer your date to other customers.
Collection
Bespoke orders are available for collection only. Collection will be from our bakery at 88 London Road, Cheltenham, GL52 6EH and we will agree a collection slot upon confirmation of your order.

You will have the opportunity to make any allergies known through the Enquiry Form, and we will inform you of the allergens in a cake in the Order Confirmation Form. Our Wedding cakes are subject to different terms and conditions. These are available upon request, and will be shared with wedding cake customers ahead of confirming your order.
