My name is Rachel, and I am the founder of Cotswold Vegan Bakery, a new bakery on the edge of Cheltenham.​ I have been baking all my life, and have been working in professional bakeries for the last two years.​

At CVB, we bake celebration cakes to order, and also have a range of wholesale products available for businesses in and around the Cotswolds.​ My cakes and cookies are baked in small batches with care and attention. I have honed my flavours, recipes, and designs and I am excited to share them with you.​
